Job Description :
* Secured handling of data and get accurate and complete input data for running assigned process as trained
* Follow training manuals/ Client’s desktop procedure strictly and perform transactions as instructed by the immediate supervisor
* Accurate & speedy processing of transactions as per defined business rules and report progress on tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor
* Analysis and validation of data/ processes to arrive at expected result as per business rules
* Ensure that issues faced during process execution are escalated effectively to the immediate supervisor
* Effective business communication – both verbal (using soft-phones, conference calls and in person with neutralized accent) and written
* Implement & follow quality matrix as defined by HCL as well as the client
* Contribute towards process improvement and re-engineering processes to bring about operational efficiency/ better productivity
* Be a team player by providing required inputs in time to enable the team to process the task efficiently
* Maintain the daily working papers and process related records in an orderly manner for the specified duration
* Data Processing using Software applications
