Experience : 2 - 4 Years
Location : Hyderabad / Secunderabad
Education : UG - Any Graduate - Any Specialization, B.A - Any Specialization, Fine Arts PG - M.A - Any Specialization, Fine arts

Job Description :
Must be able to choose to control over the the appearance of all elements on the screen by using specific HTML / CSS parameters & Javascript
Must be able to choose more approaches, one which arranges content flexibly on users' screens, responding to the size of their browsers' windows
Must be able to have exact control over every part of the design, and anything can be animated and generally "jazzed up"
Better that designers have graphics art background
More approaches given to candidates who have experience in Planning, knowledge on web audience, content, compatibility and restrictions & finally planning the documentation part
Creating and executing design concepts and develops artwork for a variety of Multimedia activities

Desired Candidate Profile :
Must have Photoshop skills, creativity in designing excellent web templates, flash animations for web applications, css, html, dream weaver
Knowledge on Video Streaming is suggestible.
Knowledge on Digital Rights Management is suggestible
Presentation of earlier works during interview would help the interviewer to have quick decisions on candidate assessment (s)
Experience on 2D / 3D Animation is suggestible
Experience in HTML, CSS, Photoshop & Flash Action Script 2.0 ( 3.0 will have an edge)
Experience in Print Designing using Photoshop, Corel, Flash will be helpful
Experience in Adobe After Effects is suggestible.
