Job Description :
The candidate should have a good standard of education but more importantly is the desire to succeed in a highly competitive market. You will be a self-starter, dynamic, highly motivated and tenacious with the ability to work in a fast moving environment. The successful individual will possess excellent communication, and presentation skills allowing him/her to initiate, develop and manage effective business relationships.
The person must be target driven and have the ability to motivate others and achieve key company KPI’s. The right candidate will be given an exceptional package based on their achievement of company targets.
Responsibilities :
•Understand requirement specification & functional specifications
•Develop Product Test Strategy that addresses the levels of test needed at each stage of product development.
•Develop a robust test plan, including test cases, test procedures, and expected results, at each stage of software development cycle, Execute tests and report results
•Responsible for managing automation and performance test suites of functional and regression as required
•Work closely with development, documentation in understanding and resolution of problems
•Debug software products through the use of systematic tests to maintain software quality standards
•Complete ownership of test projects; includes insuring quality completion of multiple tasks within a rapidly changing environment
•Carryout performance testing, code coverage, stress testing etc
•Performs all tasks with a nominal amount of supervision
•Work closely with the project team to identify, design and enhance existing test frameworks to support backend test development.
•Ability to work under pressure, meet schedule deadlines, and work extra hours when needed. Work with team & senior management
•Possess knowledge of defect tracking and management tools.
•Right Attitude.
•Ability to Lead a Team (team size of 2 to 3 people) as and when required.
