Job Description :
Essential :Exp 5 - 7
1. Ability to design complex technical solutions.
2. Strong proven experience in a relevant position within the IT Industry
3. Excellent communication skills both written and oral, and proven ability in producing documentation for a technical audience.
4. Leadership and organizational skills with the ability to provide technical leadership mentoring
5. Self-starter who possess exceptional attitude and aptitude
6. Ability to work on a collaborative basis
7. Should be able to arbitrate disagreements among team members and make decisions where needed without damaging relationships.
Specific technical requirements :
1. Should have participated in an entire project development lifecycle from analysis to deployment.
2. Experience with UML
3. Knowledge of various frameworks (Spring, Hibernate, etc)
4. Should have a sound knowledge on ATG
5. Should have a sound knowledge on SDLC
6. Advanced level knowledge in Java/ J2EE, Application Servers and databases.
7. Should have hands on experience in implementing design patterns.
8. Experience in solving performance issues (code and query optimization)
Desirable
1. Experience in using performance and memory tuning tools (JProbe, OptimizeIt, etc)
2. Any Framework development experience
3. Retail domain experience
4. Hands on experience on IBM Tools (RAD, WAS, etc).
