Job Description :
• Serves as technical advisers to management and provide programming perspective on requirements
• It is also common for them to act as mentors for new or lower-level software developers or programmers.
• Work with the technical implementation Team Leads to coordinate their activities.
• Work with the Project Lead/Project Manager to resolve any conflicts experienced by the technical teams.
• Escalation of resource requirement to PM/HR.
• Work closely with the team to coordinate all activities that involve both technical and functional resources.
• Work with the Change Management Teams (Communication, Training and Organizational Readiness) to ensure that the needs of the technical project components and team constituents are represented and satisfied.
• Report any potential technical exposure (security, audit, etc.) to the Project Manager, and make recommendations for their mitigation.
• Ensure that all adopted technologies and technical business processes follow the university’s and IT’s application and system development philosophies.
• Oversee the activities of the Technical Teams to ensure that they deliver what is required within the necessary timeframe.
• Involvement in coding and technical guidance
• Assist the PM in appraisal process.
• Review of the code.

Primary Skills:
C#, ASP.net 3.0/3.5, Winforms, XML Web Services, Microsoft Enterprise Libraries, Win Socket, XML-RPC based Web Services, Window Services, Remoting, strong OOPS fundamentals, Enterprise Services, OPOS, IIS 6.0 or above, MS-SQL Server 2003/2005
Secondary Skills :
Must know how to use Source Safe tools ( CVS, SVN, PVCS, Subversion and VSS), Must have completed at least 2 complete SDLC using Payment Tech/PC-Charge, Excellent Communication Skills, Should have handle a team of 4 or more.
