Job Description
Handling and guiding a small team.
Would aggressively be involved in Development, Designing & Administration efforts.
Reviewing team member's implementation to ensure they follow the design and coding guidelines.
Perform functional code reviews & integration tests.
Work with developers to resolve their technical issues & mentor them.

Primary Skills
WebSphere Portal Administration, IWWCM (IBM WebSphere Web Content Management), Themes & Skins, J2EE

Desirable Skills
Design Patterns, Spring / Struts, WebSphere Portlet Factory
Should preferably be BE/B Tech/MCA/MSc (Comp).
Should have atleast 3 yrs of relevant experience on J2ee.
Should have atleast 2 yrs of relevant experience on the Primary skills mentioned above.
Should have prior experince in Team handling.
Have strong communication, interpersonal, leadership and clint facing skills.
Certifications in related skills are preferred.
