Job Description :

Exp: 4+ yrs
Rel Exp; 4+ yrs in Windows Support
Desirable: Linux exp
Must have experience in working US Shift and 24*7 environment.
Roles & responsibilities include:
Remote Desktop Management, Troubleshooting Desktop operating system & supported Desktop Applications
Support Chat enabling auto discovery of ip -configuration of end users machine, canned messages
Qualify for Problem Management process
24*7 support, US Shift

Candidate who can join in less than 20 days need apply.

Desired Profile :

Attend calls as assigned by the helpdesk
24*7 support
Must be willing to work in US Shift
• Responsible for closure of calls as per the severity levels
• Provide onsite response & resolution of calls
• Escalating calls internal in case of problems
• Escalating calls and follow up with vendors in case of hardware calls.
• Assist company in reviewing support calls
• Carryout preventive checklist at the end of every call
• Perform periodic and scheduled operations as required by company
