Education : UG - B.Tech/B.E. - Any Specialization, PG - Any PG Course - Any Specialization;Post Graduation Not Required
Location : Bengaluru/Bangalore

Job Description : Middleware Solutions Development team builds custom solutions using Java EE, Open Source, Oracle Portal, Content Management (Oracle UCM/Stellent), BEA Weblogic Portal, Aqualogic UI technology stack. MSD help clients map their strategic business requirements to a technical solution.

Desired Profile : Java EE Solution Architect will work to understand and extend customerâs business needs and subsequently define the solution and high level architecture . Solutions Architects will have a strong understanding of how technology can solve business issues, reducing risk, increasing value to the customer.
Minimum 6-9 yrs experience with 1-2 yrs of specialized Java EE and ECM solution architecture skills.
Having 3-4 years of experience on Weblogic product stack (Weblogic Application Server, Weblogic Portal, Aqualogic UI) will be an advantage.

Competencies:
Architectural Solution Definition
Any Industry Standard Enterprise Architects Certifications (BEA Certified Architect ,Sun Certified Enterprise Architect)
Experience in using SOA / Java EE patterns
Strong open architecture expertise using Java EE and any open source framework like (Struts, Hibernate, Spring) is mandatory
Working experience on RUP, UML and UML tools
Knowledge of Oracle Jdeveloper, Eclipse or other similar development environments needed.
Experience on Portal Application Development using BEA Weblogic Portal or Aqualogic UI is preferable.
Content Management (Stellent) exposure is desirable.
Middleware expertise on any one product is mandatory like (Weblogic, Oracle 10gAS, Websphere, JBOSS)
XML technologies (Webservices, XML, XSLT) experience is mandatory.
JPA/ORM (BEA Kodo, Oracle Toplink, Hibernate) experience will be an advantage.
Development Experience in the database driven application.

Building Effective Relationships, Customer Focus, Effective Communication, Coaching
Knowledge of Competitive Products & Technology
Industry Knowledge

Industry Knowledge like (Retail, Telcom) is preferable.
