Job Description :

Technical Skills:
Working knowledge on Windows with TCL TK experience is preferred.
Good programming ability with C/C++ with knowledge of any scripting language like perl or shell scripts.

Supposed to do image processing and data extraction working on fuzzy logic and regular expressions.

Personal Skills:
Motivated, self starter
Detail/quality oriented
Good analytical skills & Communication skills
Methodical
Works well in a team environment

Responsibilities:
Using a series of FormsRec OCR tools and TCL scripting language, adapt OCR workflow process to meet the needs and requirements of various counties. Once the county is in production, provide maintenance and enhancements as needed to provide optimum data capture and system performance.
