Job Requirements :
Responsibilities
As a Quality Assurance Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring that Ekarthas software meets stringent quality standards. You will develop test plans and test scripts for the software, including black box and performance testing. You will develop regression-testing methods using automated scripts and apply metrics to assess the quality of the software.

Required Skills
As a candidate, you should have a Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field. Solid experience in Windows 95/98/NT/2000 platforms is required, as is knowledge of automation tools. Programming experience in Java or C++ is essential. You must be a strong team player and have excellent technical problem solving skills. You should be willing to work in a performance oriented environment, be able to handle multiple tasks and balance the workload assigned. Good skills in spoken and written English are a must.
