The details are as under:
1. Eligibility:
BSC (IT) /BE /MCA /MSc /BCA /MBA(IT /Systems) /Any graduate
with IT Knowledge. Excellent communication skills is a must.
2. Selection Procedure:
i. Aptitude Test
ii. HR interview/s.
iiii. On clearance of Aptitude and HR interview/s, successful
candidates shall get an offer letter from Triumph Systems &
Solutions Pvt Ltd.
3. Training:
The candidates appointed on joining shall undergo rigorous
training in Java Technolgy, Finishing Skills and Projects
and subsequently deployed on challenging Projects at
TriumphSys or with its clients.
4. Commitment:
The selected candidates will have to give a written
commitment with a Bank-Guarantee valid for 24 months.
5. Clients: Triumph has been serving leading software
organizations for their requirements in Training, Resourcing
and Consulting.
