Education : UG - Any Graduate - Any Specialization, PG - Post Graduation Not Required
Location : Pune

Job Description :

Helpdesk Co-coordinators:
Any Graduate / Diploma
Minimum 1-4yrs of experience, with good communication skills
Single point of problem recording, tracking and closing calls
Categorize and assign the incidents to appropriate technical group and align to respective severity level,
Update incident status to users periodically & as per the communication standards as and when the status changes
Co-ordinate with vendors and carry out escalation when appropriate
Generate daily, weekly and monthly report to the relevant stake holders as per the reporting schedule and structure that is subject to capability of the tool
Logging incidents for the cases received on phone and emails
Monitoring the tool for open and pending incidents, and Tracking cases till closure
