Job Description:
Role: Automated Test Lead / Testing Solution Architect Requirement / Automated Tester / Functional Tester / Manual Tester
Designation: Associate Consultant / Consultant

Work Location: Mumbai

Education: Engineer / MCA / BSc / BCA
Experience: 2 - 12 years

Pre-requisites:

Strong experience in working with test automation tools. Implemented framework based automation using QTP. Expert on data driven testing and be able to drive an automation initiative for multiple customers at the same time.
Experience in performance testing using variety of load testing tools. Expert in LoadRunner with working knowledge of testing with more than 500 concurrent users and variety of monitors.
Experience in Automation and Functional Testing. Ability to define test strategy. Exposure to international clients, test estimation and planning. BFSI domain knowledge for at least 2-3 years is mandatory.
Knowledge of SQL scripts to perform back end testing using QTP as well good knowledge of multiple infrastructure and possible performance bottlenecks
Expertise to create and execute Test Cases / Test Plans / Scripts / Procedures
Experience in Win Runner / QTP / RFT / Test Director
Strong understanding of testing processes
Knowledge of automated tools will be an added advantage
Prior experience in (BFSI)banking domain is mandatory
Looking forward for Experience in QTP / Load Runner / Rational Robot
Experience in Retail Banking / Capital Markets / Equities
Experience in Manual Testing
Candidates should be:

Extremely good in communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent team manager with good interpersonal skills
Strong understanding of testing processes
Ability to execute assignment/project with minimum supervision/hand holding.
