Job Description :
Roles and responsibilities:
Design, create, execute, and maintain manual and automated test cases.
Design, develop and maintain test programs including test tools and automated test suites.
Reports defects and verifies defect fixes.
Work closely with the development team to analyze, debug and resolve any issues.
Participate in product functional reviews, test specifications, documentation and release note review.
Use a defect tracking system to report defects, analyze outstanding defects and defect reporting.
Providing support to project teams during planning, process tailoring and project execution.
Conduct Reviews of work products and processes.
Collection of project metrics and analyzing project performance.
Conduct Root cause Analysis for project non-conformities, defects and issues.
Auditing process implementation and report project quality related issues to management on regular basis.
Training associates on Quality Management System

Desired Candidate Profile :
Required Skills:
Excellent profile with 2-4yrs of experience in Manual & Automation testing.
Strong Working experience in Automation tool - QTP is must.
Person should be competent & experienced to bring in best practices including high focus on automation to create more impact and efficiency.
Experience in Preparation and implementation of QMS process documents in line with ISO/CMM/CMMi Standards
Strong verbal and written communication skills and a good customer service orientation.

Qualification: B.E/B.Tech/M.E/M.Tech/MCA (should have 60% and above across the career i.e., from SSC to highest degree).
