Skills: Desktop Engineers

Remote Desktop Management using Dameware/Netmeeting, Patch Management, Antivirus Management. SLA driven approach. Awareness about quality process framework like ITIL or ISO desirable. Preferably candidate should have worked on any known Helpdesk ticketing software.
Any Certifications in Windows will be added advantage

Experience: 2 - 4 yrs

Eligibility Criteria:

B.E, B.Tech, BSc / BCA [with min. 2yrs of relevant experience], Diploma holders [Only AICTE approved with 3yrs of relevant experience]
No Part Time / Distance Education / Correspondence Courses.
Consistent (Aggregate -50% and above) in academics (X, XII, UG)
Not more than 2 years break in Career / Academics or Non - IT Experience
Should not have attended TCS selection process in the last 6 months
