Responsibilities:
* Participating in the development, and enhancement of SAP HR applications.
* Identify the user requirements, assess available technologies, and recommend the various solution options.
* Customize the ESS/MSS functionality as per the client requirements
* Design and develop Portals
* Suggest the Data Conversion strategies and tools

Desired Profile :
* Graduate or Post graduate degree and 2+ years of experience in SAP HR Programming.
* HR ABAP (including PA, OM, Payroll/Time results cluster) development Knowledge & exposure to ESS, MSS, workflow, ABAP queries, ALE and IDOCs
* Experience on SAP Scripts, Interactive Report and Classical Reports
* Should have developed interfaces and conversions using conversion tools, developing SAP Script forms
Should have exposure to Schema/PCRs.
