Job Description:
Handling inbound and outbound French calls from Customers, giving excellent customer service and meeting the business needs. Responding to e-mails and chat from customers. Communicating verbally and in writing between customers, interpret and respond clearly and effectively to spoken requests and written instructions. Establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with colleagues and customers alike. Maintaining Reports & MIS. ( Well Conversant with MS Office )

Desired Profile:
0 1 year experience of French langauageExcellent Communication Skills as he should be able to interact with customers.Diploma/Certificate in French Language; students can also apply.Fluency in verbal communications in French language and English.

Experience: 0 - 1 Years

Education: UG - Any Graduate - Any Specialization
PG - Any PG Course - Any Specialization
