Position: JAVA / TECHNICAL LEAD
Location: Chennai
Will lead the software development efforts for critical applications following current J2EE standards and develop software components using technologies such as Java and Web Services.
B.E / B. Tech. in Computer Science or MCA or Bachelor Degree from a reputable Institute
Essential Skill-Sets
* 6 – 9 years of experience working in Java Technology.
* Must have experience in leading a team of Java developers. Experience in handling multiple projects simultaneously is a plus.
Design Skills -
* Good Understanding and hands on experience in implementing OO and J2EE Patterns.
* Must have worked on the below Java and other Technology Areas.
* J2EE (JDBC/Servlets/JSP/RMI/ EJB/Web Services)
* Frameworks: Hibernate, Struts , Spring, Acegi Security, Sitemesh
* Experience in working with Appservers such as Weblogic, Glassfish
* Front-end: JSP, Taglibs, HTML, DHTML, JavaScript and AJAX
* Experience in OOAD, LDD, HLD and UML Modelling
* Design Tools: Rational Rose / Enterprise Architect
* Testing Tools: Junit
* Editors: Eclipse.
* Relational Database technology and good understanding of SQL Queries
* Build Tools: ANT and Cruise Control
* Problem Solving Analytical Thinking, Information seeking is a must.
* Must have good written and verbal communication skills.
Position: JAVA DEVELOPER

Position: QA LEAD
Location: Chennai
Will lead the software testing efforts which include both manual and automated testing, defining and following a standard process and coordinating with multiple development / testing facilities.
B.E. / B. Tech. in Computer Science or MCA from a reputable institute. 7 to 9 years of IT experience, 5 years in software QA including test automation and minimum 2 to 3 years of team leading experience.
Essential Skill-Sets
* Proficient in Manual and Automated testing
* Experience in
* testing Web Applications
* writing test plans and test cases
* any leading QA tools and methodologies
* any one or more defect tracking systems
* automated testing / scripting tools and in managing / performing the test script execution
* Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills, comfortable with remote site communication
* Working knowledge of Windows operating systems
* Experience with Oracle Database, creating SQL queries
* Basic understanding of software engineering principles and SDL C required
* Exposure to QTP, WinRunner or an open source tool is a plus
* QA Certifications [CSQA or CSQE] preferred
* Ability to handle multi-functionality with minimal supervision is a must
