Job Description :
2 to 4 Years experience in Java, J2EE (Servlets, JSP, EJB's) on Web Application servers preferably WebSphere, IBM Http Server, Apache Web Server or Jakarta Tomcat, Struts
Experience developing applications using HTML, XML, XSL, and AJAX with thin and thick client technologies, Java technologies like JDBC, JMS, etc. Experience on databases (RDBMS like Oracle or MS SQL Server) and SQL coding
Knowledge of WebSphere Portal and experiencing in portlets development will be an added asset.
Knowledge of development tools like Ant, CVS or Visual Source Safe for Version control.
Experience working on windows and UNIX or Linux environments.
Knowledge of technologies like Struts, web services
Knowledge of patterns in Java development
Experience in leading a team of developers on a project involving design modules, allocation of work, integrating code, system testing etc. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to learn and implement new technologies
Should have the ability to take an overview of business logic and convert into code with little supervision, create daily status report, ability to code both in MS-WINDOWS or UNIX shells
Sound knowledge of SDLC

Desired Candidate Profile:
