TO DESIGN THE WEBSITE FOR OUR CUSTOMERS AND ANIMATION WORK TO BUID THE SITE

Desired Candidate Profile :

Required Skills for Web Designers:

Extremely Creative, Cooperative & Confident
Expert in Photoshop, Illustrator/Freehand & Dreamweaver

Decent skills in Flash animation & Action Script
Must have quality working experience as per international design standards

Ability to handle work pressure, strict deadlines and demanding tasks, as and when required. Must have ability to manage work responsibly and passionately
Ability to handle multiple projects and produce quality results, as and when required

Must have a portfolio to show the online or offline best work as a designer

Required Skills for Web Developers:

Expert in HTML, DHTML, CSS, JavaScript & AJAX. Ability to customize JavaScript and other open sources as per requirements
Ability to create flawless CSS based HTML & XHTML templates

Good knowledge of ASP, PHP is an advantage
Basic understanding of design standards like alignment, design consistency & web standards like browser compatibility & search engine optimization etc is a must

Must have a portfolio to show the online or offline latest/best work as a developer


Required Skills for Flash Experts:

Extremely Creative, Cooperative & Confident
Excellent knowledge of converting Photoshop designs into stunning flash interfaces
Excellent Action Script knowledge is required to create or customize interactive flash websites, slide shows and other applications, as & when required
Illustration skills will be an extra advantage
Must have a portfolio to show the online or offline best work as a flash designer
