Job Description : This position involves a 3-6 months onsite opportunity. Will be part of a team that designs, builds and maintains the company's in-house content management and publishing system. Proficient in system analysis & design Will be involved in all parts of the project life cycle Designing, building and maintaining high quality multi-tiered, object-oriented systems Improve existing functionality and build new features and systems Produce high quality documentation as well as stable, optimised and well commented code Devise and produce test plans Work as part of the development team on each project Work closely with other developers on specification
Requirements : Essential Skills: Excellent commercial experience as a developer Object Orientated development using PHP 5 Use of an MVC framework such as Zend Working knowledge of Java XML processing and transformations using XSLT SQL programming using MySQL Apache on Linux Good To Have Skills: Knowledge of Perl Version control using subversion HTML and javascript SOAP
