Desired Candidate Profile:
2 to 4 years experience in development and project handling, on Java Technologies
Understand java technology in general, Understand about project life cycle, issues and metrics, know general project management methodologies.
Should be able to work in unstructured environment. (flexible enough to work on any project)
Understand project as well as people issues
Connect well with the team
Should have excellent communication skills.
