1. Java/J2EE Developers & Architects

Developer Profile - Java, J2EE, EJB, JSP, Struts, UML, XML, XSL, Weblogic/ Websphere application servers

Architect Profile – Core Java & J2EE Design Patterns / OOAD using UML / J2SE, Struts, JSF, Spring, SOA & Web Services.
Experience Level: 3 – 12 yrs (At least 5+ yrs for Architects)

2. Data Architects/Data Modellers/ Good Database Resources (Strictly for technical career path)

Skills:

Data modeling, Oracle/Sybase/SQL/Server/Informix/ DB2 DBA/ Solid hands on technical database developers

Experience Level: 4 – 15 yrs

3. Mainframe

Skills:

With expertise in Cobol, VSAM, JCL, DB2, IMS DB/DC, PL/1, Exposure to tools such as Endevor, Expeditor is an added advantage.

Experience Level: 2-8 yrs.
4. Testing


Skills:

With expertise in QA testing, writing Test Plans, Test Procedures, Test Cases and documentation & having exposure to both Manual and Automated testing. Exposure to testing tools like Winrunner, QTP, Load Runner, Rational Robot, Test Manager etc. will be of added advantage.

Experience Level: 6-10 yrs.

5. Datawarehousing

Skills:

- Actuate
- Business Objects
- Informatica
- Hyperion

Experience Level: 5-8 Years

6. AS-400
Skills:

Sound knowledge & work exp in RPG ILE/AS400.

Experience Level: 3-6 yrs.


Education Qualification : B.E / B.Tech / B.C.A /B.Sc (H)/ M.C.A / M.E / M.Tech (Only Regular Courses & minimum 50% through out)
