Should have strong technical background on SQL/Oracle

Program Specifications preparation,
Technically skilled in advanced techniques in Java,J2EE, Struts, Webservices, XML, Javascript, EJB, Oracle, UML, unix .
Strong design background.
Strong technical background in SQLServer / Oracle .
Knowledge in JSF, Web sphere, Spring / Hibernate would be preferred.
