Experience in Windows based application development with strong (hands on) programming skills on

C++/VC++/MFC/COM/DCOM/ATL

OR

VB, VB.net, C#.Net*

Strong experience in Object Oriented Analysis and Design, Design patterns, UML with tools like Rational XDE

Experience on RDBMS like MS-SQL Server

Senior Engineers/architect with experience in software architectures for large scale applications

Desirable Skills :

Exposure to the Domains of Building Security Systems/Building Automation, Audio/Video systems

*Note that profiles with experience in only web application development (ASP/ASP.net) are not considered
