Patni’s Product Engineering Services offers you the opportunity to work on evolving technologies to develop next generation products for Global markets. For our mobile and wireless business, we have immediate long term onsite opportunities in Europe for highly committed individuals with experience ranging from 2-8 years. These positions are for Team Leaders, Senior Software Engineers, Software Engineers, Test Engineers and Integration Engineers; all candidates require excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to be a strong team player. Symbian / S60 Core Technical Skills (any one of the following)

i. Developing Multimedia components for symbian / S60 devices
ii. Device driver development for USB, camera and other mobile peripherals
iii. Development of telephony applications for symbian/S60 devices
iv. Phone and security application development in S60
v. S60 integration and testing
vi. Experience with tools such as clearcase, CM synergy
vii. Embedded S/W development experience in 2G/3G protocols or devices

Exp : 2-8 years

Networking Core Technical Skills (any one of the following) i. Development experience in L2/L3 layer for networking protocolsii. Experience in developing software for routers and switchesiii. Linux kernel software developmentiv. Testing of L2/L3 protocols for routers and switches

Exp : 2-8 years

WinCe/WM6.0

Core Technical Skills (any one of the following)

i. Developing device drivers in WinCeii. BSP adaptations or Base porting for WinCE / Windows Mobile (WM)iii. Developing multimedia components (audio, video, camera) for WM deviceiv. Development of telephony applications for WM6.0v. Phone and security application development in WM6.0vi. Embedded software development experience in 2G/3G protocols or devicesvii. Experience with tools such as Agilent, CMU200, Clearcase, CM synergy

All development positions require strong programming skills in C, C++.
