Infrastructure Monitoring (1-3 yrs)
• Very good understanding about IT Infrastructure and good exposure to UNIX, Windows, Networking, Databases technologies.
• Experience in Monitoring IT Infrastructure using tools like HP-Open View (preferred)
• Knowledge of UNIX and Windows operating environments is required
• Troubleshooting Node Down, OS troubleshooting and hardware issues as and when these issues occur.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English is required

SMS - Application Packaging (2-8 yrs)

• Skills / Activities : Administering production infrastructure comprising SMS Servers , Build, Release, Distribute, Troubleshoot SMS Packages for Servers, Laptops, and Desktops.
• SMS 2003, Windows 2000/2003, Wise 6.x
VmWare Admin (2-8 yrs)
• Skills / Activities : Administering production infrastructure comprising Windows Servers, VMWare ESX 3.x
• VMWARE certifications will add value

All positions demand good communication skills and willingness to work in shifts

Unix Administration (5-10 yrs)

• Solaris administration
• Experience on Veritas Volume Manager
SQL DBA (5-10 yrs)
• SQL DBA on production environment
Oracle DBA (5-10 yrs)
• Oracle - 7.x, 8.x, 9.x, 10.x
• Knowledge on Progress - 9.x – added advantage
• OCP/OCA certifications will add value

Veritas backup Analyst (5-10 yrs)

• Administering production infrastructure comprising Windows Servers , Veritas NetBackup, Veritas BackupExec. Desirable knowledge on Bocada Backup Reporter, Tivoli Storage Manager, Data Domain, and ESX Ranger.
• Windows 2000/2003, NBU 5.x/6.x, BE 9.x/10.x, Bocada BackupReporter 4.x
Exchange Administrator (5-10 yrs)
• Administering production infrastructure comprising Windows Servers , Active Directory, DNS , MS Exchange Messaging 2003/2007,Public Folder, Mail routing, Disaster Recovery, Antivirus on mailbox servers (AntiGen from Microsoft), SPAM, MS-IMF, MS-ISA Servers, etc
• Windows 2000/2003, ISA , IMF, Anitgen, SPAMHAUS, RBL
• MCSE Messaging / MSCE / MCP certifications will add value

Windows Server Administrator (5-10 yrs)

• In-depth knowledge of Active Directory Administration and troubleshooting
• Group policy Management and troubleshooting
• Exchange 2000/2003 Administration, Outlook Web access troubleshooting, Email filters
• Knowledge of Citrix Administration, Antivirus Server Management
• Knowledge of Backup tools like Veritas Netbackup, Backup Exec, legato Networker
