System Administration and Monitoring (2+ Years):
Unix: Solaris and AIX administration: Solstice Disk Suite or Solaris Volume Manager; Cluster concepts; AIZ LVM concepts, Solaris/HP UX Administration, Solstice Disk Suite, Sun Cluster, Sun Storate, System Performance and Auditing, Scripting Skills [Shell, Perl]
Windows NT: Windows Server Admin Skills, ADS, RAID configurations DNS, DHCP, Antivirus, IIS, Backup and Recovery
Developer (2-6 Years):
Oracle Developer: Strong PL/SQL / Oracle Forms & Reports, Data Modeling, Erwin. Good experience with Unix shell scripting
Documentum: Documentum eContent Server, Administrator, Application Builder, Webtop, WDK, DF, DQL and Workflow, Tomcat or Web logic Application Server
Remedy Developer: ARS and ARS related applications, web applications development. implementation of the Remedy suite of products including ITSP 4.0, Help Desk, Asset Management, DSO, SLA, ITSM 6, AR System 6.3 and MidTier.
TIBCO: 3+ Years of exp in TIBCO, Strong Java/J2EE Skills
Database Administration (3+ Years):
Oracle DBA: Oracle administration, Backup & Recovery Tuning, scripting
Peoplesoft DBA: Peoplesoft oracle DBA, Database tuning experience, Production support, DB Administration, Oracle stored procedures, triggers, procedures, Oracle 9i/10g on both Windows and UNIX platforms
ERP Positions (2+ Years):
Peoplesoft HRMS V8.8: HR Payroll Interface, Base Benefits, Benefits Administration, People Tools, Application Designer, Data Mover, Application Engine, Component Interface, Peoplecode, Business interlink, Portal, Process Scheduler, Security, SQR, Unix, Tax Updates, patches and fixes. Experience in Integration broker, Multi Channel Framework, Iscript, EIP, Enterprise Warehouse would be a big plus.
SAP CCS/I-SU: Hands-on experience on IS-U/CCS with ability to work on SAP ABAP/4 programming, module pool programming, SAP Script, Workflow, BAPI, RFC, User-Exits, BADI, BDC, ALE, IDOC
SAP CRM: 4+ Years of experience in SAP CRM, BSP, PCUI, ABAP objects, BADI’s, Smart forms
SAP BASIS: SAP/Basis experience required for the following components: SAP SRM 3.0 with SAP EBP 4.0, BW 3.1, and SAP R/3 4.7, SAP CRM 4.0, and SAP Portal sp3.
SAP ABAP: Direct experience with developing/supporting and administering SAP applications in ABAP in any of the following areas: FICO, HR, MM, PM, BW, ALE EDI. Ability to translate technical specifications into SAP design and ABAP code.
SAP BW: BW Administrator Workbench functionality, SAP FI/CO and SEM-BCS modules. Candidates should have experience in designing and supporting Custom Info Providers.
Quality (4+ Years):
SQA: Hands on experience in QA role, preferably in an ISO/CMMI certified company. Ability to develop process/integrate processes and do process adherence audits, Exposure to statistical control techniques and quantitative project management, knowledge of ITIL best practices.
