Siebel – Associate Consultants / Consultants
Primary (Essential) Technical Skills:
* Domain Knowledge of CRM (primarily Siebel)
* Good know how of EAI, EIM, Work-flow ,Scripting and Configuration required
* Know-How of Siebel Architecture, Application Configuration and System Integration
* Knowledge of estimation models, Functional Specification Documentation System and Integration test planning
* At least 1+ years of Siebel Implementation experience
* Awareness of functionality offered by the CRM products
Secondary (Desirable) Technical Skills:
* Good Analytical and problem solving skills
* Complete SDLC and live project experience
* Siebel Actuate, Chordiant, EAI, UCM know-how will be desirable
Responsibilities:
* Interact with client, understand requirements and prepare RS
* Understand functionality and domain area, support and guide the technical resources during design, construction and implementation
* Involvement in Pre-Sales, Project Estimations (FPA, TCM know how should be there) and Resource Management activities
* Participation in Strategy formulation and work towards aligning and leveraging the Oracle Relationship
* Know-How of Project and Delivery Management Processes
* Client handling and overseeing end – to end implementations
* Understand functionality and domain area, support and guide the technical resources during design, construction and implementation
Soft / Behavioral Skills:
* Presentable Personality
* Good Communication Skills
* Exposure to client interaction
* Ability to work independently
Experience: 1 to 5 years
Work Location: Mumbai, Pune, Chennai and Bangalore – With onsite opportunities as per projects
