Telecom Embedded Platforms / Products
Database Expert (Exp: 5-9 years)
- Experience in Developing / Maintaining DBMS kernel in C language for 2-3 years
- Expert in one Disk DBMS (Oracle DB/DB2 etc) or Memory DB (Times Ten, FAST, DB etc.)
ODBC Expert Expert (Exp: Min 3 years)
- C, data structures, OS, RTOS, Vxworks
- SQL Parser development
- Experience in ODBC (Front end applications in C/C++, backend in any databases - Oracle, SQL Server)
Optical Platforms & Network Planning Software (Exp: 3-9 years)
- C++, UML, OOAD, Design Patterns / RTOS
- Embedded / Telcom systems Development and System Architecture
- Optical domain (SDH, Eternet and WDM) knowledge is an added advantage
Datacomm Platforms / Products (Exp: 1-9 years)
- C / VxWorks / Qnx
- IP Domain knowledge such as IPv4/v6 protocol stack, Routing OSPF, RIP, RIPng and IKE and IPSEC preferred
- For testing professionals knowledge on TTCN, TCL / TK is essential
NGN Protocols (Exp: 2-6 years)
- Protocol - SOAP, WSDL, WS-*, XML Security, LDAP, MRCP, QAAL2, Diameter, RADIUS, VSML, CCXML,

Project Managers (Exp: 5-6 years)
- Project management experience in Telecom / Datacom Software development
Telecom Server / NMS / Security Platforms (Exp: 1-10 years)
Telecom Server Software / Application Server / Portal Server / Protocol Stack / SIP / Middleware / Web Framework / Telecom Report / Data Mining Project
- Core Java, J2EE, Swing, Javascript, JSP, Struts, Hibernate, Spring, JMX, SIP, Portlets, SIPServlet, and SIP based services.
- Preferred: Experience in Agile practices, JUnit, RFT, Workflow engine, OOAD, Database intensive Enterprise application development, Test skills & Performance Engineering.
- Mandatory: All positions require Strong programming skills
Network Management Platform
- C++ / Java, Swings / Web Technologies, NMS / EMS
- Telecom domain working knowledge is preferable
- Working knowledge in multiple DB / OS (Linux / Solaris / HP-UX / IBM-AIX)
Network Security Platform
- C, C++, UNIX / TCL & ACE, multiple OS (Linux / Solaris / HP-UX / IBM-AIX)
- Telecom / Security domain knowledge preferred
- Network Security Protocols like SSL, SSH and OS hardening is preferable
Project Managers
- Project Management experience in above technical domains
IN Solutions & Mobile Handset Applications
Intelligent Network Platform (Exp: 2-4 years)
- C++ in Unix, OOAD concepts, UML
- Intelligent Network protocols (Like INAP, CAP, MAP) or SIP, SDP, RTP protocol is preferred
Caller Ring Back Tone (Exp: 2-5 years)

Wireless Intelligent Network (Exp: 3-5 years)
- IN (Intelligent Network) based services like prepaid(PPS) for GSM network
- Exposure to protocols CAP, MAP, SMPP, SS7, SCP
- C++ / SCE / Java / Unix
- Informix / Oracle, DB schema design, performance tuning, etc.
Mobile Handset Application (Exp: 2-8 years)
- UNIONE / ESIM / BUIW / BREW / GTK / Any 3rd party UI Framework
- Any mobile terminal application framework and middleware / tools and mobile automationh testing development exposure is preferred
- Embedded mobile terminal OS (REX / Linux / Nucleus / VxWorks / Windows Mobile / Symbian) internal working knowledge
- MMS / Email / Browser / SMS / EMS / Push protocol knowledge in terminal context
- JSR / DRM / Multimedia / PIM application development and OMA / LIMO / LIPS / 3GPP / 3GPP2 standard exposure is also preferred
- Any of he above with exceptional C programming skill is most preferred
Fixed Intelligent Network (Exp: 2-7 years)

- Experience in Java / J2ee / EJB / JSP / JTAPI / C++ / VXML / Oracle / Informix
- Experience in any one of the following domains is considered as advantage

Candidates applying as test professionals should have exposure in any of the following areas for the above mentioned domains
- Test life cycle, Strategy and Design Methodologies and techniques
- Test tools and framework development using C/C++/Java
- Java, J2ee(More of Web Development of 3+ years with struts, Ajax, Custom tags)
- Involved in Dev Testing (UT, IT and MST) with Test Automation experience
- One or more test tools (Rational Agilent / Sprient Router Tester, Smart Bits, Ixia etc)
- Functional, Performance, Stress Test expertise at system level
Information Developers (Exp: 1-6 years)
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to design the layout, develop technical content and editing
- Familiarity with documentation tools like MS-Office, Robohelp, HTML Help Workshop, etc
- Awareness of the industry standards related to information development
- Ability to interpret information and translate complex subject matter into clear, understandable content for technical audience
User Centric Design Engineers (Exp: 2-4 years)
- Familiarity with different types of UI designs, technologies and prototyping tools
- Conduct usability activities including user and task analysis, expert reviews, usability testing, etc.
Software Quality Assurance Professionals (Exp: 1-5 years)
- BE / B.Tech / ME / M.Tech in CSE / ECE / EEE / IS / IT or MCA or MSc(CSE) or MSc(SW)
- Knowledge of CMM / CMMi model and implementation experience would be an added advantage
